Oh by the way, remember the lady that i said look like muppet's sis? shes really good at bao2 yang3 u know! I mean, she really look like 20 plus lor! If i havent seen her TWO lovely kids( who are already in SEC school) and her hubby i would think that shes still single and being wooed after by many..hahas oh and the truth is, shes already close to 50!! OMG!! I was like super shocked!
Anyway, u all should come to the bakery one day after 1pm and see nf!! Hahas ok lah up to now i should say he more or less have the baker feng1 fan4 already..i think he knows more or less all the stuff in the bakery already..as in how to bake cakes, decorate and stuff..he's in charge of closing..comes at 12 plus and leaves at 11 plus daily..oh well hes says he's willing to be abused..hahas..i think the boss like him..which some how reminds me of the lemon chicken auntie..hahahas =p
Oh by the way, he baked heart shape cookies yesterday and i managed to kope some..actually quite nice i should say..but wanna save for and pass to *toot* ..=p sshhh!
So far i've managed to learn how to bake the zhen4 dian4 zhi1 bao3 cheese cake and two types of cookies! NF says Mr Lim is training me and James for cookies, coz the guy previously in charge of cookies just quited..
Hmm getting more and more familiar with the job now..but my working hours are getting longer and longer..left at 7 plus today..thur also can only leave at 7 plus, but thats because nf has something on la..hahas..so got to replace him and work until the night shift auntie comes..
I heard that James learnt how to make pineapple cookies lately..think im going to bake peanut cookies on thurs..actually im supposed to bake them today, but spent too much time on the chocolate cookies in the morning (6 trays!!) and spreading them with chocolate cream and packing them into boxes..nf made kuey lapis today!! pro! except it was burnt on the outside..the cinnamon smell is over-powering man!! yummy! ok my mouth is watering again..hahas.. Mr Lim says im supposed to make it on thur coz nf is not coming..hahas die die..=p
Oh by the way, nf is super funny la! The other time i was telling him how lovely my fu2 zhuang1 junior is coz he brings baguette to VT almost everyday and personally spreads butter for us and blah blah..then after a long time he asked me.."what is a baguette"? Hahas..so i replied "come on u are working in a bakery!!" Hahas..anyway soon he confessed he's only interested in the eating part and apparently doesnt care what it is..=p
Hmm hopefully i can learn more things in the future..especially the chou (pronounced as "shoe") which in lay man's term is a giant cream puff..and the piping of the cream..
